Job description :

-Research potential suppliers. -Contact with suppliers to obtain product information such as price, availability, and delivery. -Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. -Create new items and enter order details into internal databases. -Provide supplier with production related needs on time to avoid any delays. -Maintain updated records of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery. -Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding shipment arrivals and receipts. -Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.



Job Skills :

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts. - Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. - Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements :

- Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems. - Three years previous experience as purchasing officer, manager, or related position.
